We would like to share an exciting opportunity that came across to help and make a difference at our alma mater. After the successful Milk Bank Project, we were recently approached by the Pulmonary Dept at Civil Hospital. The department is in need to set up the very first Sleep lab at Civil Hospital and have asked the help from USA alumni to sponsor the project. After extensive review of the project and discussions with Dr. Nalin Shah (Head of Pulmonary & Critical Care Department) and Dr. Rakesh Joshi (Superintendent, Civil Hospital), BJMCAA USA Executive Committee has decided to support the project and raise $100,000 for 2 bed sleep lab equipments.
Please see the attached presentation for more information on the project. We are asking for generous support from the alumni. Attached is the appeal letter and google form to pledge the contribution for this much needed cause. All donations are tax deductible as permitted by the law.
